The Art of Burnout: A Zine for Creatives and Dreamers (PDF)

$1.99

The Art of Burnout is a zine for creatives and dreamers navigating the world of artistry.

When we create, we don’t just share our work , we share pieces of ourselves. For many of us, that creating happens after long workdays, or during late-night bursts of energy. This zine is a collection of gentle prompts, reflections, and insights, with bits of psychoeducation to help you better understand burnout, creativity, and your inner experience.

This piece was made completely by hand, with the intention of feeling deeply human: imperfect, and honest, just as creativity often is. Inside, it explores creative blocks, burnout, and the ongoing process of making art while also being a person living in this world. We hope it holds space for you, as it has held space for us.

Disclaimer: This zine is not therapy nor a promise of healing. It is a collection of prompts, reflections and reminders from one creative to another. Nothing stated here should be taken as professional advice or replacement for therapy. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to the appropriate parties.
